How long does it take to get set up?

Most individual HVAC systems go live within approximately one week after required access is available. Complete Revenue OS can take two to three weeks depending on phone routing, CRM access, calendars, service areas and implementation complexity.

Will this replace my CRM?

No. Ardent is designed to connect to the CRM an HVAC contractor already uses and record approved outcomes there.

What can Ardent connect to?

Common HVAC environments may include ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, HubSpot, Twilio, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Slack and Cal.com. Access depends on plans, permissions, provider requirements and implementation scope.

Can the team still take over?

Yes. Human handoff remains available, and sensitive, unclear or operationally restricted situations can be escalated to a person.

What happens after someone books?

Where approved access is available, the booking can be recorded in the connected calendar and CRM and the team can be notified.

Can it handle emergency calls and service area rules?

It can apply client-approved emergency keywords, service areas, business hours, dispatch fees and escalation rules. It should not improvise an operational promise.

Is every implementation identical?

No. Revenue Capture and Customer Growth are the product foundations, while messages, rules, integrations and handoff behavior are configured around the contractor's approved operation.

Are calculator results guaranteed?

No. Calculator outputs are illustrative estimates based on visitor inputs and selected recovery scenarios. They are not guaranteed outcomes or claimed client results.
