Information you choose to provide
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, work email, company, optional phone number, and message you submit. When you book a consultation, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide through its service.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare for consultations, assess whether our systems fit an operation, and maintain reasonable business records.
We do not sell information submitted through the contact form. We may use service providers such as Vercel, Resend, and Cal.com to host the website, deliver messages, and schedule consultations.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity such as page visits, referral sources, device types, and approximate geographic regions. Vercel Web Analytics uses anonymised data and does not use cookies to track visitors across websites.
Contact form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and submitted messages are not sent to website analytics.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, our business records, or applicable legal obligations.
To ask about, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website, use the Contact page and identify the email address used in the original enquiry.
